Time compliance
The Time compliance view provides managers with a team-wide inspection grid to verify whether employees are logging hours in compliance with their assigned time targets.
Grid layout
Each row in the grid represents a tenant employee (including managers and administrators). Columns represent ISO weeks within the selected date range.
By default, the view displays active employees for the last 52 weeks (aligned to Mondays).
- Sticky column — the employee name column remains sticky on the left for easy scrolling on wide tables.
- Show archived employees — toggle this checkbox to display deactivated accounts, allowing you to audit historical compliance records.
- Date range filter — customize the start and end dates. The inputs automatically snap to the preceding Monday.
Compliance status cells
Each week cell is color-coded to visually signal compliance:
- Green — Target met. The employee has logged hours that meet or exceed their assigned target for that week. This includes future weeks where targets have already been met pre-emptively.
- Red — Target unmet. The employee has not met their time target for a past or current week.
- Blank / Light Grey — No target / Future. The employee has no target assigned for that week, or the week is in the future and the target has not yet been met.
Hover over any color cell to view a detailed tooltip displaying the employee’s name, the date range of the week, and the specific hours logged versus target hours.
Employee details hover
To keep the grid compact, details such as email and user role are shown in a hover tooltip. Hover over any employee’s name cell to view their full name, registered email address, and system role.
