Reviewing team entries

As a manager, you can view and edit time entries for any user in your tenant. This is essential for ensuring accurate reporting before generating tax filings or grant reports.

Viewing another user’s entries

  1. Go to Time entries.
  2. Use the user selector at the top to switch to another team member’s timesheet.
  3. You can view their entries in both single entry mode and the weekly timesheet grid.

Editing entries

You can edit any entry for any user in your tenant:

  • Change the duration — update hours and/or minutes.
  • Change the date — move an entry to a different day.
  • Edit the description — update the justification text.
  • Edit classifications — manually adjust the snapshotted classification (exceptional; audit-logged).

In the weekly timesheet grid, click any cell to open the edit dialog where you can change the duration, description, or delete the entry.

Deleting entries

You can delete entries for any user. Deletion is permanent and audit-logged. In the weekly grid, clearing a cell deletes that entry.

Best practices

  • Review entries before generating a report, not after.
  • Check for missing days — the weekly view makes gaps easy to spot.
  • Ensure descriptions are present for entries that need justification.
  • Use the audit log if you need to understand the history of changes to an entry.
